About

About Traditions Square East & West

The Cushman & Wakefield Student Housing Team in conjunction with the Cushman & Wakefield Education Advisory Group and the Commercial Oklahoma, Inc, team is proud to present Traditions Square East and Traditions Square West. This offering is a two-property portfolio, totalling 384 units and 1,152 beds, situated on the University of Oklahoma's campus. The assets are currently owned and operated by the University and house upper-classmen. This offering allows investors the opportunity to purchase two student housing assets located directly on the campus of a Power 5 University. The properties will be sold subject to ground leases to be negotiated prior to closing. The purchase/ground lease structures and terms shall be subject in all respects to the University's approval and documentation but the University will consider structures and terms proposed by the investment community. The University would prefer that Traditions East be subject to a 50-year ground lease with a willingness for a longer lease term at Traditions West. All proposed structures and terms will be reviewed and considered.
