The Cushman & Wakefield Student Housing Capital Markets Team in conjunction Cushman & Wakefield's Boston Multifamily Advisory Group is pleased to present the exclusive listing of The Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) Portfolio. The WPI Portfolio consists of 9 residential houses with a capacity of 262 beds and a 18,270 square foot student center / cafeteria all of which are master leased to WPI on a triple net basis for seven years which commenced in August 2022.
