Robert Given, Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for leading a 35-member team that focuses on institutional multifamily sales, land development sales, structured equity finance and private capital sales throughout Florida. Robert has a proven track record for successfully participating in the sale, marketing, and consulting of over 300 investment properties, representing over 100,000 multi-housing units and additional land and structured finance transactions, with a value in excess of $25 billion.
Prior to his role at Cushman and Wakefield, Robert was CBRE’s number one producer in Florida in 2016, 2015, 2014, 2012, 2011, 2010, and 2009; he was inducted into CBRE’s Colbert Coldwell Circle of top U.S. professionals in the U.S. in 2005 through 2016; awarded the CBRE Florida Award of Excellence in 2009; and, served as a Top 20 CBRE producer in Florida for 13 years. His successes have gone beyond transactions as well. Robert is a benefactor and advocate for several high profile South Florida charities including Dan Marino Foundation, Voices for Children, and Kids at Home, and participated through CBRE’s philanthropic program, including CBRE Cares. He is a member of the University of Florida’s Real Estate Board, National Multi-Housing Council, ULI, and has been a guest lecturer for National Apartment Association, University of Miami School of Law, University of Florida’s Masters in Real Estate Program and the Urban Land Institute.
Previously, Mr. Given served as President and COO of The Altman Companies. He was responsible for the portfolio and corporate overhead performance, investor relations, asset management, development underwriting, and dispositions. Prior to Altman, Robert served in regional management roles for Trammell Crow Residential and TESCO Properties.

Zachary currently serves as Executive Managing Director for the South Florida Multifamily Team. In this capacity, Zachary is involved in the direct marketing of multi-family and land assets with a primary focus in South Florida. Zachary has participated in the sale, marketing and consulting of over $4.3 billion of multifamily and land assignments representing over 34,000 units. Transaction experience includes institutional quality apartment communities, tax-exempt bond deals, fractured condominiums, and land sales.
Zachary served as a Business Banking Officer at SunTrust Bank. In this role, he was responsible for analyzing credit requests, evaluating risk and determining loan structure.

Troy Ballard joined our South Florida Multifamily Capital Investments team in 2016 as Senior Managing Director. Troy partners with Vice Chairman Robert Given’s multifamily institutional investment sales team, which joined Cushman & Wakefield in early 2016. He brings nearly two decades of multifamily development, operations, and brokerage experience to the team.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Troy served as Senior Managing Director in ARA Newmark’s Boca Raton office, where he founded the firm’s South Florida Land Division. At ARA Newmark, Troy was lead broker on land transactions representing nearly 4,000 units with an expected development value of over $1 billion.

Calum joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 as an Executive Managing Director for the Capital Markets division and leads the Multifamily Investment Properties team which exclusively focuses on the marketing and disposition of multifamily properties on behalf of private or non-institutional owners in South Florida. He has completed over 100 apartment sales totaling over $1 billion in South Florida.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Weaver founded CBRE’s Multifamily Investment Group in South Florida. Mr. Weaver is involved in all aspects of the marketing process including new business development, valuation/underwriting, property marketing and tours, contract negotiation and closing. Locally, he has created a propriety multifamily database of more than 7,500 private investors and owners in South Florida, which includes ownership information on every multifamily property between 10 and 200 units in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Mr. Weaver received his Master of Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Magna Cum Laude) from Tusculum College, where he was a triple major in management, accounting and entrepreneurship.

Brad is an Executive Director at Cushman Wakefield and has specialized in the execution of institutional and private investment sales transactions for more than twenty years. While Brad’s experience spans a broad spectrum of asset types, he is particularly skilled at the promotion and disposition of multifamily properties and complex development sites. Brad has had direct involvement in the marketing and execution of more than $2 billion in multifamily investment sales totaling over 22,000 units. He has served both domestic and foreign clientele including: private investors, developers, REITs, pension fund advisors and life insurance companies. Prior to entering the investment sales arena, Brad spent 11 years in the commercial appraisal and consulting industry where he earned the coveted MAI designation. Specializing in the valuation and analysis of a wide range of investment properties and highly complex land development projects, Brad developed keen technical skills and an attention to detail that enable him to provide superior service to his real estate brokerage clients today.
Brad is a graduate of Florida State University where he majored in Real Estate and Finance.

Neal Victor joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 and his current role involves the valuation and marketing of multifamily dispositions. Through his background in acquisitions, he has built upon years of extensive financial modeling and market/investment analysis. Mr. Victor’s past experience includes working with Equity Residential (EQR) where he was involved in acquisitions/dispositions, development, and critical financial analysis of multifamily assets.

Mr. Quinn joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 as a Senior Financial Analyst and is responsible for the financial underwriting, market analysis, valuation, and strategic positioning of multi-housing and land assets. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Quinn worked as a Financially Analyst for CBRE and prior was a property manager for Lavista Associates in Atlanta, Georgia. During his two years as a property manager, he managed over 50 commercial properties within the metro-Atlanta market. As a property manager, Mr. Quinn oversaw the management and disposition of over $100 million dollars in REO and investment properties.

Perry Synanidis Senior Financial Analyst
Mr. Synanidis joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Group as a Senior Financial Analyst in 2016. His current role involves the financial underwriting, valuation and market analysis of multifamily and land dispositions. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield he was with CBRE as a financial analyst on the multifamily group team lead by Robert Given. Mr. Synanidis was also a commercial appraiser for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and more specifically Landauer Valuation and Advisory, the appraisal division of the company.
During his three years in the commercial appraisal business, Mr. Synanidis appraised a variety of asset types totaling over $100 million of appraised values including apartments, retail, office, industrial, hotel, gas stations, land and mixed use properties across South Florida. Before his transition into real estate, Mr. Synanidis was residing in Greece where he was involved with the management of a stone-oriented company, General Marble, assisting with banking, client and supplier procedures for marble exports globally.

Michael Mulkern Senior Financial Analyst
Michael joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018 as a Senior Financial Analyst and is responsible for all aspects of the deal process including financial underwriting, market analysis, valuation, and strategic positioning of multi-housing.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales and prior was an Investment Analyst for ARA Newmark where he was involved in the underwriting and analysis of over $1 billion dollars of asset sales throughout Florida.

Ricky Giles joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 as a Financial Analyst and is responsible for financial underwriting, market analysis, valuation and strategic positioning of multifamily and land assets throughout South Florida. Ricky holds a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, as well as an MBA from Florida State University.

Elizabeth Rogerio Brokerage Coordinator
Elizabeth Rogerio joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 as a Brokerage Coordinator to the top-ranked Florida multifamily team led by Robert Given. Mrs. Rogerio acts as the "hub", or first point of contact for the team and manages all aspects of the team’s client coordination, transactions, event logistics and administrative operations. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mrs. Rogerio was with CBRE and served as an executive assistant to the senior managing director for the State of Florida and client services coordinator for the South Florida Multifamily team. Mrs. Rogerio also worked as a communications coordinator at Fidelity Investments in Boston, Massachusetts. She provided support to the vice president of communications as well as a team of 15 professionals. In addition, she was responsible for managing large technology-centric events from concept through completion and sourced daily content for the company-wide intranet site utilized by over 10,000 employees.

Catherine Dearing Senior Graphic Designer
Catherine Dearing joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2017 as a Brokerage Coordinator for the South Florida Multifamily Team. She supports the brokers primarily through the creation, development and management of marketing and informational materials for the properties they represent. Her responsibilities range from preparing proposals and offering memorandums to facilitating digital property listing campaigns.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Dearing worked for Office Depot Corporate, where she coordinated the company’s catalogs, direct mail and advertisements.
