Karen Iman, Senior Director of Cushman & Wakefield, specializes in investment sales of multi-family and retail properties in the Pennsylvania/New Jersey/Delaware region. Ms. Iman is a long-term regional market expert and loyal advisor to top-quality institutional owners. Her strengths include strategic planning, transaction management, financial analysis and execution. She has over 20 years experience in the Pennsylvania/New Jersey/Delaware real estate market.
Ms. Iman has provided advisory/transaction services to such long term customers as Multi-Employer Property Trust, TIAA-CREF, Preferred Real Estate Investments, UBS Realty Investors, Behringer Harvard and many local and regional owners and developers. Her strength and knowledge of the buying community’s objectives in the ever-changing capital markets environment makes her an essential member of the transaction team.
Ms. Iman is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a licensed Real Estate Broker-Salesperson in New Jersey; licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Keith Braccia is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Team. His primary focus is on investment sales of multi-family, office, and retail properties in the Eastern Pennsylvania/Southern New Jersey/Delaware region. Keith has been a part of over 15 transactions across the three asset classes in his time at Cushman. His strengths include financial modeling, financial analysis and market analysis.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in February, 2019, Keith worked as a Financial Analyst for PMC Property Group, a Philadelphia-based commercial real estate development and management company, specializing in the adaptive reuse of existing structures into multi-family. At PMC, he was responsible for operations and financial performance analysis, aided in the financing of assets through financial modeling, and managed pricing and day-to-day leasing operations of the Philadelphia multi-family portfolio. Keith was part of several full scale development projects from underwriting to physical completion and lease up, such as One Water Street, Franklin Tower, and 218 Arch.
