Jason C. Parr Senior Director
Jason Parr specializes exclusively in the sale of multi-family properties throughout Northern California. As a professional dedicated exclusively to the multifamily industry, Mr. Parr provides transaction, valuation, and underwriting services tailored to the unique needs of private and institutional multifamily investors and owners. In the last 9 years, total sales exceed $700 million and over 3,700 units. Early in his career, Jason was awarded Rookie of The Year for multifamily sales and is now a partner on C&W’s Northern California Multifamily Advisory Group. Mr. Parr received CoStar’s Power Broker of the Year award for 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
Jason began his real estate brokerage career focusing on office tenant representation within San Francisco’s central business district. After two years in tenant representation, Mr. Parr elected to transi¬tion into the capital markets where he has since focused exclusively in the sale of multifamily properties throughout Northern California.
Prior to real estate investment brokerage, Mr. Parr was a project manager for a developer located in Sacramento, CA. During his tenure he worked on a variety acquisitions, projects and dispositions.

Scott MacDonald Director
Scott MacDonald is a multifamily investment brokerage specialist. He has handled acquisitions, dispositions, and development opportunities throughout Northern California. Transactions completed by Scott total more than 7,000 units and $1.0 Billion in volume.
He partnered with Jason Parr in April 2017 to expand Cushman & Wakefield’s San Francisco based Multifamily Advisory Group. Cushman & Wakefield is the largest commercial real estate services company in Northern California and the third largest in the United States. The expansion will build upon Cushman & Wakefield’s highly successful Capital Markets platform to further service multifamily brokerage assignments for institutional investors, entrepreneurial funds, syndicators, partnerships, trusts and individuals.
Previously, Scott was the founding member of Cassidy Turley’s (formerly BT Commercial) Northern California Multifamily Group and personally developed its marketing and research platforms to meet the needs of local apartment investors. He started his real estate brokerage career in 2003 at Marcus & Millichap’s Palo Alto office.
Scott graduated from Brown University with a degree in Economics. He is a native of Hayward, California and currently resides in Orinda with his wife and son.
