    Allen McMurtry is responsible for the origination and execution of senior housing sales nationally for Cushman & Wakefield.  With 30 years of experience in Senior Housing brokerage, Allen has sold 172 communities throughout the country with an aggregate value of over $2 billion.

  • David Kliewer

    David Kliewer is a member of Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets group, specializing in the sale of Senior Housing properties across the United States.  The Tampa-based team has sold over $2 billion in Senior Housing properties in 32 states, and has represented numerous types of owners, including publicly traded companies, institutional and private equity funds, bond trustees, not-for-profits and private owners.

  • Jay Jordan

    Jay Jordan is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s national Senior Housing team.  Jay joined in 2019 to assist in the team’s origination and execution of senior housing sales, in addition to providing debt advisory and capital solutions to clients in need to structured financing.

    Previously, Jay was with Directed Capital, a boutique private equity firm based in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he focused on distressed note acquisitions and loan originations secured by senior living assets.  Prior to Directed Capital, Jay was a Relationship Manager with KeyBank Real Estate Capital’s Healthcare Group in Tampa, Florida and Cleveland, Ohio.  During his tenure with Key, Jay originated, negotiated and underwrote corporate and project-level real estate financing as one of the nation’s largest lenders to the senior housing and healthcare industry.

    Jay received a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.

  • Yami Rivera

    Yamilette Rivera is a Graphic Designer supporting Cushman & Wakefield’s national Senior Housing Capital Markets Team based in Tampa, Florida.  Ms. Rivera supports the team with marketing, administrative and business development needs.  Her responsibilities include the creation and distribution of property announcements, offering memorandums, team brochures and other marketing materials, as well as assisting with listing and deal management.

    Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she served as an Account Manager for White Whale Solutions, where she provided a range of marketing/advertising services and campaign management to a multitude of clients across various industries all over the country.
