Don Murphy specializes in the sale of Multi-Family properties to private and institutional clients on a local, regional and national basis.  With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, he has learned to combine dependability, trustworthiness and market knowledge for exceptional client satisfaction.

Jordan is a member of the Multi-family brokerage team and Capital Markets group at Cushman & Wakefield.  He represents investors and owners in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate investment assets.  Jordan specializes in Multi-Family property transactions throughout Ohio and Kentucky.  Prior to joining the Multi-Family team, Jordan spent two years working as a leasing manager and then transitioning into the role of Director of Acquisitions for Crossroads Property Management in Northeast Ohio.
