As Senior Transaction Manager for Cushman & Wakefield's Midwest Multifamily Advisory Group, Kimberly is responsible for all aspects of the transaction process.  She manages all aspects of the due diligence process from the beginning of the listing through the close of escrow both in hard copy form and digitally.

Kimberly has been involved with commercial real estate since 2000 where she began her career with George Tikijian at CBRE in Indianapolis.  During her tenure at CBRE, Kimberly served first as Marketing Specialist and later as Financial Analyst.  Kimberly then became a founding member of Tikijian Associates in 2005 and served as Managing Director until Cushman and Wakefield acquired Tikijian Associates in 2018.  As a veteran of the industry with a wealth of diverse experience, she has a broad and unique knowledge of the marketing, financial analysis and transactional components of multifamily properties.  During her career, Kimberly has been involved in nearly 500 transactions with a total consideration in excess of $8.2B.

Kimberly graduated Summa Cum Laude from Marian University in 2000 where she studied business and finance.
