Cheswick Village is a 187-unit apartment community on Indianapolis’ east side. Built in 1976, the property consists of twenty (2-story) residential buildings and a clubhouse on 13.8 acres. The property offers very large floor plans with the majority of the units (94%) being 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes with 1,280 SF and 1,600 SF, respectively. There are a handful of 1- and 2-bedroom garden style units as well. All of the units (with the exception of one 2/1 flat) have washer/dryer hook-ups.
