1. CREDITS, INCENTIVES AND ABATEMENTS
The owner of Fourth & Walnut Centre can apply for a variety of incentive programs, including but not limited to state and federal tax incentives, sales tax exemptions for construction materials, and real estate tax abatements on the improved value.
