Michael Mathios is responsible for business development and client services for the Sacramento Multifamily Advisory Group, specializing in the brokerage of multifamily properties throughout the Sacramento Region and also encompassing the Central Valley.

Based in Sacramento, Michael offers more than 20 years of multifamily housing sales experience spanning Northern California from Fresno to the Oregon border.  Michael’s geographic reach have included sales in Sacramento, Lodi, Stockton, Tracy and Modesto amongst many more.

The team is focused on expanding the C&W multifamily footprint throughout the Sacramento Region, which incorporates Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Yolo, Sutter and Yuba Counties.

As a result of the partnership with the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group, the Sacramento Multifamily team is positioned strategically to maximize asset exposure and serve clients across a broad spectrum of multifamily investments, from institutional to private capital investors.
