Oak Park is a 163-unit apartment community exceptionally well located on the south side of Indianapolis just north of the desirable suburb of Greenwood. The community was built in 1964 but has been recently updated. In 2016, the property received significant updates and improvements. All windows were replaced and 50%+/- of the roofs were replaced. Common area hallways were renovated with new flooring, painting and lighting.
