About Regency Park
Regency Park is a 304-unit apartment community located on Indianapolis’ suburban south side. The 1967-built property consists of one and two bedroom garden units and two and three bedroom townhouse units. The majority of the siding on the thirteen buildings is brick (with some vinyl) and the roofs are a combination of pitched and mansard. Units range in size from 698 square feet for a one-bedroom to 1,398 square feet for a three-bedroom, two-bath townhome. Average size is 966 square feet. Community amenities include a salt water swimming pool with sundeck, playground, a clubhouse with fitness center, Wi-Fi café and clubroom, laundry centers, and available covered parking. Unit amenities vary by unit type but include private patios or balconies, washer / dryer hookups in townhome units and generous floor plans with large closets.
