Ben Fuller joined the Cushman & Wakefield Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in 2019, expanding the firms multifamily practice in Austin and throughout Texas. His responsibilities include supporting all of the firm’s brokerage activities focused in Central Texas. Prior to joining the Multifamily Advisory Group, Ben oversaw an array of transactions including office and industrial investment sales, ground leases, office leases, joint ventures, and public-private partnerships totaling over $500M in transaction volume since joining C&W in 2013.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Ben worked for Jones Lang LaSalle in the company’s Beijing office. Ben holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and sits on the Young Leadership Committee for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Scott Bissmeyer Associate
Scott Bissmeyer is an Associate with the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in the Austin office. Scott joined Cushman & Wakefield in May of 2021 as a financial analyst. His current responsibilities center around providing execution services for dispositions in Central Texas and the surrounding secondary and tertiary markets.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Scott worked for a commercial mortgage banking company headquartered in San Antonio that originates and services commercial mortgages on all types of income-producing real estate. Scott holds a BBA in Finance and Undergraduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business, and is originally from San Antonio, Texas.

Tonya Chaffin is a Senior Transaction Manager with the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, leading the firm's Transaction Management activities throughout Texas. As a member of one of the only brokerage firms to offer specialized Transaction Management care throughout the Due Diligence & Closing process, Tonya provides our clients with a full-service, white glove experience.
Having a passion for real estate, Tonya has been involved in most aspects of the sales process. Since joining the firm in 2005, she has been involved in the sales cycle for apartment communities totalling more than 94,000 units with an aggregate value in excess of $7 trillion. Tonya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.
