  • David Baird

    David W. Baird is Senior Managing Director and the former Market Leader of Cushman & Wakefield’s Baltimore, Maryland office, and now leads the Strategic Advisory Services (SAS) practice group in Baltimore.  In this role, he is responsible for providing consulting, advisory and transaction services for clients seeking to transform and optimize their real estate assets.  He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 from Trammell Crow Company, where he was Director of Brokerage for the Baltimore, Maryland and Richmond, Virginia offices.

    Mr. Baird has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience in Maryland, national, and international markets, representing tenants, landlords, investors, and developers.  Mr. Baird has advised clients on some of the most significant transactions in the market and has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker and Baltimore Business Journal top 25 broker on numerous occasions, and has received two Governor’s Citations for Business Development.  He is recognized as a market leader in land and investment sales and complex development transactions.

  • Nicole Keelty

    Nicole Keelty joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Baltimore-based Capital Markets Team in May 2014.  Ms. Keelty was a 17 year veteran of the Cushman & Wakefield Downtown Baltimore Office Leasing team with transactions that totaled 2.9 million square feet over the last 10 years.  Focusing mainly on office product, she represented trophy projects including Tide Point, now the Under Armour headquarters, and Harbor East.  She was named a Baltimore Business Journal Heavy Hitter and was a member of their "Forty Under 40".  She now focuses on providing disposition services to corporate, institutional and investor clients.  Ms. Keelty joins Capital Markets team leader Jonathan Carpenter, who has completed 72 investment sales transactions totaling $1.8 billion in the Mid-Atlantic Region over the past six years.

    Together with her partners Jonathan Carpenter and Graham Savage, they completed 22 investment sales transactions in 2015/2016 totaling over $798 million.

  • Andrew Posil

    Andrew Posil is a Director in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield.  Previously, he was Director of Sales, Hospitality at Massey Knakal Realty Services where he focused on hotel sales, and hotel development site sales in the New York Metro Area.  Cushman & Wakefield acquired Massey Knakal on December 31, 2014. During Andrew’s time in that role, he participated in the sale of over $180 million of diverse real estate.

    Earlier, Andrew earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Emory University School of Law.  Before attending law school, the bulk of Andrew’s experience was in acquisitions and asset management with a real estate private equity group in Baltimore, Maryland.  During that time, Andrew also served as an associate instructor at the JHU Carey School of Business in Real Estate Analysis.  Following his time in Baltimore, Andrew worked as a consultant for a commercial real estate developer in Hanoi, Vietnam.  His additional professional experiences include summer associate positions with law firms in Tampa, Florida and Irvine, California.

    Andrew’s educational background also includes a Masters of Science of Real Estate degree from John Hopkins University’s Carey School of Business, where he was a member of JHU’s NCAA championship men’s lacrosse team.  Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina, and was a member of UNC’s men’s lacrosse and wrestling teams.  He is licensed to practice law by the state of New York.  Additionally, Andrew is a Captain in the Trial Defense Services division of the Judge Advocate General’s Corps - US Army Reserves.

  • Matthew Myers

    As the Director of Research in the Baltimore, MD office Matt focuses on providing detailed analysis of real estate data, economic statistics and demographic trends that drive business in the region.  He works closely with each real estate team, including Office Leasing, Industrial Leasing and Capital Markets, to create a value-add information service to the clients of Cushman & Wakefield.  Matt has also spent considerable time partnering with the Baltimore Corporate Services team to provide Strategic Advisory and Consultation services, as well as Transaction Management and Financial Analysis support.
