Ari Azarbarzin Senior Director
Ari Azarbarzin serves as Senior Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group and is responsible for business development and investment sales of existing multifamily assets, single-family portfolios, and development sites throughout the Baltimore Metro Area, Hampton Roads, and the Greater Mid-Atlantic Region.
Ari joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2020 from a boutique investment sales firm where he served as a Director of Multifamily Investment Sales for the Maryland and Virginia Multifamily Groups, closing over 50 transactions in less than 4 years. A Baltimore County Resident, Ari has been recognized as a Costar "Power Broker," and is a past recipient of the Baltimore Business Journal’s "40 Under 40" Award. Ari is a member of the Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Leadership Advisory Committee, in addition to being a scholarship benefactor.
Evan Teichman Financial Analyst
Evan Teichman is a financial analyst for Cushman & Wakefield’s Baltimore Multifamily Advisory Group, supporting The Professional Equity and Private Client Service Teams. Evan supports all phases of the investment sales process, including preparing detailed financial analysis and valuations, assisting in preparing proposals for new business opportunities, and creating marketing materials for new assignments. In addition, he is responsible for executing regional business operations strategies, maintaining revenue pipelines and projections, and submitting transactions for the team.
Evan joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021 following graduation from The Ner Israel Rabbinical College in Baltimore, receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Talmudic Law. Evan is currently studying to receive his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, with a concentration in Finance.
