    Ari Azarbarzin Senior Director

    Ari Azarbarzin serves as Senior Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group and is responsible for business development and investment sales of existing multifamily assets, single-family portfolios, and manufactured housing communities throughout the Baltimore Metro Area and Greater Mid-Atlantic Region.  To date, Ari has participated in the disposition of over 100 multifamily and single-family rental opporunities in the past 10 years.

    A Baltimore County Resident,  Ari has been recognized as a Costar "Power Broker," a "Rising Star," by Commercial Property Executive, and is a past recipient of the Baltimore Business Journal’s "40 Under  40" Award. Ari is a member of the Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Leadership Advisory Committee, in addition to being a scholarship benefactor.

  • Anthony Pino

    Anthony Pino serves as an Investment Associate  in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group. Anthony responsible for business development and investment sales of Manufactured Housing Communities throughout the Eastern United States.

    Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he worked as a Business Development Coordinator at CMG Financial supporting their loan origination business. Anthony graduated from Towson University and The St. Paul’s School for Boys in Brooklandville, MD.

    Evan Austin serves as an Investment Associate  in Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Capital Markets Group. Evan is responsible for business development and investment sales of Multifamily Assets and Land Opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Evan occupied a similar role at a National Real Estate Firm. Evan graduated from Susquehanna University, where he was a member of The Basketball Team, and Saint John's Catholic Prepatory School in Buckeystown, MD.
