As a Director with the Midwest Multifamily Advisory Group in Cincinnati office, Nathan is responsible for leading brokerage activities throughout Ohio and Northern Kentucky. During his lengthy brokerage career, he has established strong relationships with various private equity, family office, high net-worth individuals, and institutional clients regarding all aspects of the property disposition and/or acquisition process. Nathan has earned the trust and respect of numerous large, repeat clients and has completed many high-profile transactions.
Nathan’s deep knowledge of the of the entire capital markers spectrum makes him well-qualified to advise his clients on the highest yield acquisition and disposition strategies: from single investor properties to large institutional portfolios.
Nathan graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Finance and Business Economics.

Sherief Gouda is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Ohio Multi-family Advisory Group. With a decade of experience in brokerage and investments, he specializes in market rate multi-family real estate and land development for multi-family projects.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Sherief was a Director with Capstone Apartments where he was a multi-year top producer with the firm and built his reputation as a tenacious, knowledgeable broker, with a track record of successful assignments and repeat clients who continue returning to Sherief and his team for on-going asset guidance.
Sherief graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a B.S. in Marketing. The real estate business is not only his career, but his passion. Along with his two boys, real estate is among his top three loves in life. Among his many personal and professional pursuits, Sherief enjoys exercising, international and domestic travel, and listening to Tony Robbins in the car.

Jordan Murphy Senior Associate
Jordan is a member of the Multi-family brokerage team and Capital Markets group at Cushman & Wakefield. He represents investors and owners in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate investment assets. Jordan specializes in Multi-Family property transactions throughout Ohio and Kentucky. Prior to joining the Multi-Family team, Jordan spent two years working as a leasing manager and then transitioning into the role of Director of Acquisitions for Crossroads Property Management in Northeast Ohio.

William joins Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Associate after distinguishing himself in multifamily brokerage across the Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana markets. With a background in analysis, capital markets, and mortgage-backed security issuance, he brings a thorough and analytical approach to both family office and institutional clients. With a deep track record of successful outcomes on stabilized Core and Core-Plus, value-add, land, and LIHTC deals, William is well-suited to advise clients across the entire spectrum of multifamily brokerage services.
William holds a B.A. in Economics from Wofford College, where he graduated as part of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He also chaired the college’s Honor Council, overseeing the due process for academic code violations.
