    Mike Donaldson Vice Chair

    Mike Donaldson is a Vice Chair with Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Multifamily Advisory Group (MAG). Mr. Donaldson co-leads the Florida MAG advising and representing institutional and private capital owners as well as developers of multifamily assets throughout the Tampa Bay, southwest Florida, central Florida and north Florida markets.

    Mr. Donaldson and his partner Nick Meoli joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 and have a combined 40 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Their expertise in multifamily investment sales includes value-add communities, new construction, development projects, portfolio sales, BTR and SFR communities, affordable housing, fractured condominiums, loan sales and distressed assets in primary, secondary and tertiary markets throughout the state. They have successfully represented clients on sales of 80,000 units totaling over $4 billion in transaction volume, achieving some of the highest accolades in the industry. Additionally, the team has established themselves as market leaders for portfolio sales in central and north Florida, having closed 33 portfolios totaling over 10,000 units in the last five years.

  • Nick Meoli

    Joey Blakley Senior Director

    Joey Blakley is a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Multifamily Advisory Group (MAG).  Mr. Blakley leads the team’s efforts throughout Central Florida, advising and representing institutional and private capital owners as well as developers of multifamily assets.

    With two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Joey has managed numerous significant transactions across various property types, including multifamily, retail, office, religious, educational, industrial, and land. His expertise extends to complex adaptive reuse and redevelopment projects, where he has successfully represented clients through zoning, environmental, and subdivision processes.  Mr. Blakley’s extensive background in commercial real estate is marked by his ability to handle multifaceted deals, ranging from large-scale portfolio sales and acquisitions to detailed advisory services for institutional investors and private capital groups. His diverse market knowledge and strategic approach have consistently delivered value and optimal outcomes for his clients.

    Greg Rainey Managing Director

    Greg Rainey is a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Multifamily Advisory Group (MAG).  Mr. Rainey leads the team’s efforts throughout North Florida, advising and representing institutional and private capital owners as well as developers of multifamily assets.

    Mr. Rainey joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2025 and has over one decade of experience in the multifamily industry. His expertise in multifamily investment sales includes value-add communities, new construction, development projects, portfolio sales, BTR and SFR communities, affordable housing, fractured condominiums, loan sales and distressed assets in primary, secondary and tertiary markets throughout the state. Together with Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Multifamily Advisory Group, the team has successfully represented clients on sales of 90,000 units, achieving some of the highest accolades in the industry. Additionally, the team has established themselves as market leaders for portfolio sales in central and north Florida, having closed 33 portfolios totaling over 10,000 units in the last five years.

    Leesa Fallon Senior Brokerage Specialist

    Leesa Fallon is a Senior Brokerage Specialist in Cushman & Wakefield’s Tampa office, working directly with the Florida Multifamily Group of Nicholas Meoli and Michael Donaldson.  As part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Multifamily Group, their expertise in multifamily investment sales includes value-add communities, new construction, development projects, portfolio sales, BTR and SFR communities, affordable housing, fractured condominiums, loan sales and distressed assets in primary, secondary and tertiary markets throughout the state.

    In her role, Leesa is responsible for Transaction Management which includes coordinating marketing, research, and financial analysis efforts, assisting with marketing packages, and running the day-to-day business operations.

    Tiffany Papka Senior Graphic Designer

    Tiffany Papka is a Senior Graphic Designer in Cushman & Wakefield’s Tampa office, working directly with the multifamily investment sales team of Nicholas Meoli and Michael Donaldson.  As part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Multifamily Group, their expertise in multifamily investment sales includes value-add communities, new construction, development projects, portfolio sales, BTR and SFR communities, affordable housing, fractured condominiums, loan sales and distressed assets in primary, secondary and tertiary markets throughout the state.

    In her role, Tiffany is responsible for all facets of creating the strategic and business development marketing materials, including broker opinion of values, offering memorandums and digital marketing campaigns.  She also assists with coordinating day-to-day business operations.
