    Travis Prince Executive Managing Director

    Travis Prince leads Cushman & Wakefield’s national Student Housing Capital Markets Team.  Based in Tampa, Florida, Mr. Prince works with private and institutional owners and investors around the country to maximize their student housing real estate value.

    Regarded as an industry leader in the student housing sector, Mr. Prince brings a comprehensive, client-focused approach, along with a national network of resources built over the course of his extensive career in investment sales.  He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of student housing properties throughout the country, as well as portfolio analysis, capital stack and joint venture structures.

    Cushman & Wakefield’s Student Housing Capital Markets Team is part the firm’s national Multifamily Advisory Group, which has unparalleled experience in advising and marketing apartment properties to, and for, developers, private owner/operators, REITs, advisory firms and institutions nationwide.

  • Shawn Lubic

    As a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Student Housing Capital Markets team, Shawn is responsible for servicing the acquisition and disposition needs of local and regional owners/ developers of student housing throughout the United States.

    With 24 years of commercial real estate experience, Shawn is a recognized expert in investment sales brokerage and financial analysis/valuation across all commercial property types. With a specialty in student housing, Shawn has extensive experience in the disposition of investment grade real estate for private and institutional clients on a local, regional and national level. .  In addition, Mr. Lubic has provided advisory services in the areas of market research, lease analysis, acquisition/dispositions underwriting, mortgage financing, REO and foreclosure evaluation, real estate tax appeal, and portfolio management.

  • Victoria Marks

    Victoria Marks, an Associate on Cushman & Wakefield’s national Student Housing Capital Markets team, is responsible for servicing the acquisition and disposition needs of Private Capital owners/ developers of student housing primarily throughout the southeast region of the United States.  Victoria will also be supporting the team’s brokerage activities through transaction management.

    Victoria Marks previously worked as the Senior Financial Analyst on the national Student Housing Capital Markets team and has over six years of industry specific experience, analyzing $750M+ in student housing assets annually.  In her previous role she played a key role in growing its national student housing platform, alongside some of the firm’s top producers.  In that role, her team’s transaction volume consistently ranked in the top ten percent of the company’s national production.

    Victoria has been active in the real estate industry since 2010 and holds a Florida Sales Associate license.  She holds a double BS degree in Finance and Market from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

    Erica Groom supports the Student Housing Capital Markets team with developing the team’s branding, business development and marketing needs.  Additional responsibilities include the creation of proposals, offering memorandums, team collateral and advertising.  She handles research requests and incoming client information.

    Mrs. Groom has a strong background in marketing, formerly working as a marketing coordinator, collaborating with her team members in the Southeast and nationally.  She was responsible for strategizing RFP responses for municipal and private clients throughout the U.S.
