Charleston Office

Austin Green is an Executive Managing Director in the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in the Charleston office. He is responsible for overseeing all of the firm’s brokerage activities throughout South Carolina. With over 12 years of experience, he will focus on value-add and new construction investment sales.

Austin has been directly involved in the sale of over 50,000 units and an aggregate value in excess of $3 billion. Austin graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from UNC Charlotte.

John is a Managing Director in the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in the Charleston office. His responsibilities include overseeing all of the firm’s brokerage activities in South Carolina, with a personal focus on private capital clientele including value-add, core plus, and lease-up assets across the Carolinas. Since 2019, John has been directly involved in 220+ transactions totaling over 43,000 units and an aggregate value in excess of $6.3 billion.

Prior to joining the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, John was a Broker with Mikels & Jones Properties, a full service Commercial Real Estate Brokerage firm located in Raleigh, NC. John holds a BA in Economics and Minor in Business from Sewanee: The University of the South.

Louis Smart joined the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in 2022 and supports the firm’s institutional brokerage activities in Charlotte and the Carolinas. Louis came to C&W from Foundry Commercial where he focused on the development and acquisition of office and industrial product in the Carolinas.

Prior to Foundry, Louis spent 5 years with HQ Capital in New York City, where he led multifamily joint-venture development transactions for the firm in multiple Southeast markets. Louis holds a BA from Sewanee: University of the South and an MBA in Real Estate Finance & Development from The Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill.

Richard Gore is a Director for the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in the Charlotte office. Richard helps support the firm’s brokerage activities in South Carolina, focusing on all asset types throughout the state, particularly in the Value-Add space. Richard joined the C&W team in 2018 as a Financial Analyst, concentrating on the valuations of Core, Core Plus, and Value-Add assets.

Prior to joining the Multifamily Advisory Group, Richard was an Analyst with LPL Financial, an independent investment advisory firm supporting over 16,000 financial advisors. Richard holds a BA from the University of South Carolina.

Pat O’Brien is an Associate for the Multifamily Advisory Group in the Charlotte office. His responsibilities include supporting all of the firm's brokerage activities in the Carolinas, with a focus on South Carolina middle market assets.

Prior to his role as an Associate, Pat was responsible for financial underwriting, valuation, and market analysis across the Carolinas. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of South Carolina.

Hannah Duley is a Transaction Coordinator with the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group based in Charleston supporting South Carolina transactions. Recognized as one of the only brokerage firms to offer specialized Transaction Management care throughout the Due Diligence & Closing process, Hannah provides our clients with a full-service, white glove experience.

Since joining the team in 2023, Hannah has been involved in selling multifamily properties in South Carolina with a focus on value-add assets. Hannah holds a BS in Business Administration from Coastal Carolina University.
