He is responsible for multifamily investment sales throughout Kansas and Missouri, where he has participated in over $2.5B in sales, while providing valuations for $8B+ for his clients. Whittaker has been recognized annually as a CoStar Power Broker since 2018, selling 14,500+ units, along with being named as a Heavy Hitter in the Kansas City Business Journal CRE Brokers list.

Whittaker is renowned for his extensive expertise in acquisitions/dispositions, valuation analysis, marketing strategies, and in-depth understanding of current market dynamics. His track record includes serving as an independent contractor for major oil and gas corporations nationwide, specializing in mergers and acquisitions.

A proud alumnus of the University of Kansas, Whittaker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies.
