Jorge Rosa Executive Managing Director - Investment Sales
Jorge Rosa serves as Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group and is responsible for business development and investment sales of existing multifamily assets and development opportunities throughout the Washington Metro Area.
Mr. Rosa joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012 from Jones Lang LaSalle where he served as Vice President with the Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Group. Jorge also served as a Development Associate at Fairfield Residential, where he worked on land acquisition for the construction of luxury apartment communities. To date, Jorge has participated in the acquisition / disposition of over $4 billion and 26,500 units in multifamily and development opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Anthony (TJ) Liberto Managing Director
Anthony "T.J." Liberto serves as Associate Director Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group for the Mid-Atlantic Region and specializes in the disposition of multifamily properties in the greater Washington, DC area as well as throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
Mr. Liberto joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 and has sold properties for clients ranging from large institutions to small individual owners. During his tenure at C&W, he has completed the disposition of over 10,000 units with an aggregate value in excess of $1.3 billion. In addition to the sale of existing assets, Mr. Liberto is also active in the disposition of multifamily land and capital markets executions for both existing properties and multifamily development.

Alex Basile Executive Director
Alex Basile serves as Executive Director in Washington, DC. Alex is focused on the multifamily asset class, assisting clients with senior and subordinate debt and equity origination and syndication. A 15-year industry veteran, Mr. Basile has placed over $5 billion of senior mortgage and mezzanine real estate loans across all asset types during the course of his career. Prior to joining the firm, Alex served as a Managing Director at Newmark where he covered all asset classes and a full spectrum of equity structures and debt products. Prior to Newmark, Mr. Basile spent 10 years at Cantor Commercial Real Estate (CCRE), where he held positions in the firm's commercial real estate and securitization groups and managed production for the Washington, DC office.

Paul C. Norman Jr. serves as Executive Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group specializing in the disposition of multifamily land and existing properties throughout the Washington Metro area.
Mr. Norman joined C&W in 2012 from The Concordia Group, a land development and brokerage company, which he co-founded in 1999. During his tenure with The Concordia Group, Mr. Norman was active in both the development and sale of residential projects. Mr. Norman remains a Principal in several ongoing Concordia Group development deals and brings a development perspective.
Mr. Norman has over 29 years of land brokerage and development experience. Mr. Norman began his real estate career in 1986 with Washington Realty Group. From 1988 to 1991, he served as Vice President of Davis Associates specializing in residential land sales throughout the Washington Metropolitan region. In 1991, Mr. Norman joined Smithy Braedon Oncor International (Which later became Grubb & Ellis) and was responsible for representing builders and developers in the disposition and acquisition of residential land. Mr. Norman resigned in September 1999 as Senior Vice President to co-found The Concordia Group.

Mac Hollensteiner Associate
Mac Hollensteiner serves as an Associate of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group for the Mid-Atlantic Region and specializes in the valuation and disposition of multifamily properties in the greater Washington, DC area as well as throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
Mac joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2024, after spending a year as a Financial Analyst on Newmark’s Capital Markets Group in Baltimore, MD. At Newmark, Mac worked on the valuation and disposition of Industrial and Office properties throughout the greater Baltimore-Washington area.

Joyce Connolly Financial Analyst
As a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt, and Structured Finance team, Joyce primarily focuses on underwriting and arranging the debt and equity financing across a broad range of asset classes, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and hotel.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Joyce served on Berkadia’s DC Mortgage Banking team, where she participated in originating over $700M in multifamily and commercial transactions, representing several capital source executions including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life companies, debt funds, and banks. Joyce began her career in commercial real estate at Walker & Dunlop, underwriting Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac multifamily loans.
Joyce received her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Georgetown University in 2019.

Brooke Hanson serves as a Brokerage Coordinator in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group and is responsible for handling research requests, marketing, the growth and maintenance of client relationships, preparing reports, and the overall coordination of projects and transactions for the Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Group.
Ms. Hanson joined Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets Group in 2022 after serving in the United States Army and as a police officer with the Virginia Beach Police Department for years. Brooke graduated from her undergraduate degree at Lock Haven University in 2015 and quickly followed this with obtaining her Master’s degree from American Military University. Brooke also holds her real estate license in both Virginia and North Carolina.
