  • Marc Robinson

    Marc Robinson is an Executive Vice Chair in Cushman & Wakefield’s Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group and Co-Head of the firm’s National Multifamily Advisory Group. Marc joined Cushman & Wakefield when C&W acquired his prior firm, Multi Housing Advisors (MHA) in 2016. Marc co-founded MHA in 2002 and was instrumental in expanding the firm into a strong regional brokerage company with over $6 Billion in sales volume, representing more than 140,000 units and 850 transactions.

    Marc serves as a national spokesperson for C&W’s Multifamily Advisory Group and helps direct and administrate the business line, while maintaining active responsibility for transactions and clients from his base in Charlotte, North Carolina.

    Marc is actively involved with the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC), serving as a Board of Directors member and PAC contributor.  Marc also serves on the Regional Advisory Council for Apartment Life (www.apartmentlife.org) a 501©3.  Marc holds a BS in Resource Management from Virginia Tech.

  • Jordan McCarley

    Jordan McCarley joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group as an Executive Vice Chair of the Charlotte office when C&W acquired Multi Housing Advisors (MHA) in 2016.  Jordan helped to establish the firm’s presence in the Carolinas, and his Charlotte-based team has closed more than 200 transactions totaling over 38,000 units and $2 billion.

    Jordan has been named a CoStar Power Broker since 2010 and was recognized as Real Estate Forum’s Emerging Leader in Multifamily in 2015.  He holds a BBA in Risk Management from the University of Georgia.

  • Brooks Colquitt

    Brooks Colquitt joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group in 2017 as a Director. His responsibilities include supporting all of the firm’s brokerage activities in Charlotte and upstate South Carolina.

    Brooks previously worked for Colliers International in Charlotte, where he managed all brokerage activity throughout North and South Carolina. At Colliers, he procured, marketed, and sold over 2,000 apartment units totaling $150 million in sales volume. Brooks holds a BBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.

  • John Phoenix

    John Phoenix joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group in 2018 as an Associate. His responsibilities include supporting all of the firm’s brokerage activities in South Carolina, particularly within the Private Capital product type.

    Prior to joining the Multifamily Advisory Group, John was a Brokerage Associate with Mikels & Jones Properties, a full service Brokerage firm located in Raleigh, NC. John holds a BA in Economics and Minor in Business from Sewanee: The University of the South.
