Marc Robinson Vice Chair
Marc Robinson joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group as a Vice Chair when C&W acquired Multi Housing Advisors (MHA) in 2016. Along with partner Josh Goldfarb, they co-founded MHA in 2002 and developed the practice into a strong regional brokerage firm with over $6 Billion in sales volume, representing more than 140,000 units and 850 transactions.
As a Vice Chair, Marc serves as national spokesperson for C&W’s apartment brokerage practices, jointly leading the growth platform with Josh Goldfarb. He also continues to service his multifamily clients throughout the Southeast region and within the Institutional product type.
Marc is actively involved with the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC), serving as a Board of Directors member and PAC contributor. Marc also serves on the Regional Advisory Council for Apartment Life (www.apartmentlife.org) a 501©3 committed to enhancing the lives of residents of apartment communities nationwide through the CARES program. Marc holds a BS in Resource Management from Virginia Tech.
Jordan McCarley Executive Managing Director
Jordan McCarley joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group as the Executive Managing Director of the Charlotte office when C&W acquired Multi Housing Advisors (MHA) in 2016. Jordan helped to establish the firm’s presence in the Carolinas, and his Charlotte-based team has closed more than 200 transactions totaling over 38,000 units and $2 billion.
Jordan has been named a CoStar Power Broker since 2010 and was recognized as Real Estate Forum’s Emerging Leader in Multifamily in 2015. He holds a BBA in Risk Management from the University of Georgia.
Tai Cohen Director
Tai Cohen joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group in 2015, and has been directly involved in selling more than 75 multifamily assets representing over 15,000 units and $1 billion in sales volume. As a Director in the Charlotte office, his responsibilities include supporting all of the firm’s brokerage activities in South Carolina.
Tai previously worked for Marcus and Millichap in Atlanta, where he focused on in-town multifamily projects and earned recognition as Rookie of the Year in 2013. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in Marketing and minor in Spanish.
Kyle Chase Director
Kyle Chase joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group in 2019 as a Director. With nearly 10 years of real estate experience, Kyle focuses on executing investment sale activities and driving business development efforts throughout the Carolinas.
Kyle previously led the multifamily investment sales efforts for The Kirkland Company in the Carolinas. He worked at Greystar Real Estate Partners’ corporate office in Charleston before transitioning into multifamily investment sales. Kyle is actively involved with Urban Land Institute (ULI) and currently on the Carolinas Regional Initiative Council. Kyle holds a BS in Finance and Business Economics from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Brooks Colquitt Senior Associate
Brooks Colquitt joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group in 2017 as a Senior Associate. His responsibilities include supporting all of the firm’s brokerage activities in Charlotte and upstate South Carolina.
Brooks previously worked for Colliers International in Charlotte, where he managed all brokerage activity throughout North and South Carolina. At Colliers, he procured, marketed, and sold over 2,000 apartment units totaling $150 million in sales volume. Brooks holds a BBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
Deborah LW Rogers Marketing Manager
Deborah LW Rogers joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group as the Marketing Manager when C&W acquired Multi Housing Advisors (MHA) in 2016. She is responsible for developing and executing general marketing strategies, implementing company initiatives, managing public relations, and coordinating special events. In addition to overseeing all marketing platforms, she also provides training and support to team members throughout the firm.
Prior to joining MHA/C&W, Deborah worked at Colliers International for nearly five years. Deborah's experience at Colliers, where she served as Facilities Coordinator and Brokerage Assistant in the Office Services Division, provided an excellent foundation for her day-to-day responsibilities at MHA. Deborah holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Florida.
