Brian is the top-performing apartment broker in Northern Colorado, with over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 during the launch of its Northern Colorado office and has since specialized in the brokerage of multi-housing and investment properties across Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming, helping investors maximize returns through improved operations and top-of-market sales. His recent transactions include multifamily properties across Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Greeley, Cheyenne, and Laramie.

Brian is active in the Northern Colorado business community, serving on the boards of Neighbor to Neighbor and CARE Housing, and holding leadership roles with the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce, the Northern Colorado Rental Housing Association, and NoCo Unify. He is also a 2007 graduate of Leadership Fort Collins and a member of NCCAR and the National Multi-Housing Council.
