Robert Given, Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for leading a 35-member team that focuses on institutional multifamily sales, land development sales, structured equity finance and private capital sales throughout Florida. Robert has a proven track record for successfully participating in the sale, marketing, and consulting of over 300 investment properties, representing over 100,000 multi-housing units and additional land and structured finance transactions, with a value in excess of $25 billion.
Prior to his role at Cushman and Wakefield, Robert was CBRE’s number one producer in Florida in 2016, 2015, 2014, 2012, 2011, 2010, and 2009; he was inducted into CBRE’s Colbert Coldwell Circle of top U.S. professionals in the U.S. in 2005 through 2016; awarded the CBRE Florida Award of Excellence in 2009; and, served as a Top 20 CBRE producer in Florida for 13 years. His successes have gone beyond transactions as well. Robert is a benefactor and advocate for several high profile South Florida charities including Dan Marino Foundation, Voices for Children, and Kids at Home, and participated through CBRE’s philanthropic program, including CBRE Cares. He is a member of the University of Florida’s Real Estate Board, National Multi-Housing Council, ULI, and has been a guest lecturer for National Apartment Association, University of Miami School of Law, University of Florida’s Masters in Real Estate Program and the Urban Land Institute.
Previously, Mr. Given served as President and COO of The Altman Companies. He was responsible for the portfolio and corporate overhead performance, investor relations, asset management, development underwriting, and dispositions. Prior to Altman, Robert served in regional management roles for Trammell Crow Residential and TESCO Properties.

Dennis St. Romain Vice Chairman
Mr. St. Romain serves as Vice Chairman with Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Multifamily Team which focuses on investment sales of existing properties and developable land; arranging permanent, bridge, and construction financing; and structured equity. He has over 26 years of diversified real estate experience. Denny joined Cushman and Wakefield with partner, Jubeen Vaghefi, in 2020 to bolster the firm’s established multifamily presence in the State of Florida. The two partnered with the team’s existing senior leadership of Robert Given to spearhead the statewide platform.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. St. Romain was a Managing Director of a global real estate firm for 10 years where he was Co-head of the Capital Markets practice in Florida. Prior to that, Mr. St. Romain was a founding partner and served as President and CEO of a SEC Registered Investment Advisor which subsequently became Trade Street Residential, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSRE) which focused on acquiring, owning, developing and operating apartment communities in the Southeastern US. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. St. Romain also worked in the investment sales and mortgage banking subsidiary of a multi-national real estate service firm. He has also worked for a large Architectural and Engineering firm in Miami as a consultant in the master planning, feasibility and financial structuring of cruise ports, cargo ports, airports and their related retail, hotel and entertainment development pieces for tourism destinations worldwide. -
Jubeen F. Vaghefi Vice Chairman
Mr. Vaghefi serves as Vice Chairman with Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Multifamily Team which focuses on investment sales of existing properties and developable land; arranging permanent, bridge, and construction financing; and structured equity. He has over 25 years of diversified real estate experience. In total, the statewide team has transacted over $50 billion in property sales, financing and equity transactions. Jubeen joined Cushman and Wakefield with partner, Denny St. Romain, in 2020 to bolster the firm’s established multifamily presence in the State of Florida. The two partnered with the team’s existing senior leadership of Robert Given to spearhead the statewide platform.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Vaghefi served over 10 years as International Director of Capital Markets with JLL, as well as being the National Practice Leader for the firm’s multifamily practice group. There, he oversaw a broad range of investment sales and capital raise activities throughout the United States. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director for DTZ Rockwood in Miami, where he handled structured sales and financing transactions for large multifamily, office, land, and retail transactions. -
Mike Donaldson Vice Chairman
Mike Donaldson is a Vice Chairman with Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Multifamily Investment Sales Team. Based in Tampa, Mr. Donaldson co-leads the Private Capital Group representing private owners of multifamily assets throughout the Tampa Bay, Central Florida and Jacksonville markets. Mr. Donaldson and his partner Nick Meoli joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 with a combined 25+ years of experience in the field. Their expertise in multifamily investment sales includes market rate, portfolio sales, affordable housing, fractured condominium and distressed communities in primary, secondary and tertiary markets throughout the state. They have successfully represented private, institutional and lender clients on over 44,000 units totaling over $4 billion, achieving some of the highest accolades in the industry. Additionally, the team has established themselves as market leaders for portfolio sales in Central and North Florida, having closed over 30 portfolios totaling over 10,000 units in the last five years.

Marshall Finkelstein Senior Financial Analyst
Marshall Finkelstein is a Senior Financial Analyst involved in the financial underwriting, debt and investment analysis, valuation, and strategic positioning of multifamily and land assets. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Marshall was an Acquisitions Associate at Hosting, a start-up partnered with Airbnb that acquires and develops entirely home sharing-friendly multifamily assets and condominiums across the country. Prior to that, Marshall worked at The Morgan Group as a multifamily development analyst. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Brian Flanagan Financial Analyst
Brian Flanagan is a Financial Analyst in Cushman and Wakefield’s Miami office, working with the Florida Multifamily Team. He is involved in financial underwriting, debt and investment analysis, valuation, and strategic positioning of multifamily and land assets. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the states of Florida and New York.
Prior to Joining Cushman and Wakefield, Brian worked with Stan Johnson company in their New York office, where he focused on investment sales of net leased industrial, office, and retail properties across the United States. Flanagan attended Florida State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a duel degree in finance and real estate.

Leesa Fallon Senior Brokerage Specialist
Leesa Fallon is a Senior Brokerage Specialist in Cushman & Wakefield’s Tampa office, working directly with the multifamily investment sales team of Nicholas Meoli and Michael Donaldson. As part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Multifamily Team, the Meoli-Donaldson team specializes in representing private owners of multifamily assets throughout the Tampa Bay, Central and North Florida markets.

Tiffany Papka is a Senior Graphic Designer in Cushman & Wakefield’s Tampa office, working directly with the multifamily investment sales team of Nicholas Meoli and Michael Donaldson. As part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Multifamily Team, the Meoli-Donaldson team specializes in representing private owners of multifamily assets throughout the Tampa Bay, Central and North Florida markets.
In her role, Ms. Papka is responsible for the creation and distribution of various marketing and business development materials, including proposals, offering memorandums and digital marketing campaigns. She also assists with coordinating day-to-day business operations.
