BTR & SFR Team

Parker Caldwell is a Senior Director within the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group and sits in the Birmingham office. Parker is currently the Build-to-Rent (BTR) lead for the Sunbelt, responsible for advising clients on the marketing and disposition of BTR/SFR assets. He has a strong track record with a wide range of capital profiles including institutional funds and both national/localized home builders.

Since starting in multifamily as a financial analyst, Parker has provided production support for the sale of over 525 properties and 93,000 units with over $9.6 billion in aggregate value. Parker was featured as a Rising Star in Real Estate by the Birmingham Business Journal in 2019 and he has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker since 2020. Prior to C&W, Parker worked for a DFW-based acquisitions and development group, focusing on ground-up office construction. Parker is a Dallas, TX native and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Auburn University.

Jeems Lochridge began his real estate career in 2004 and has specialized in multifamily since 2014. Mr. Lochridge joined Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. in January, 2014.  Prior to Cushman and Wakefield, his work experience includes time with Henkel (The Dial Corporation), Wells Fargo Bank and The London Stock Exchange.  Jeems has been involved in the transaction of over 40,000 units with a value in excess of $6 billion.  Jeems is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Arizona. Additionally, Mr. Lochridge is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico.

Grant Raymond is a Senior Director with the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, based in Dallas. With a keen focus on business development and dispositions of multifamily assets in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Grant is a trusted advisor to a diverse clientele of institutional and major private investors.

Grant brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role with 7 years in the industry where he has facilitated over $5 billion in sales and played a pivotal role in transactions involving 30,000 units of multifamily properties. His track record is across various investment strategies, including Core, Core-Plus, and Value-Add. His commitment to excellence, coupled with comprehensive industry knowledge and proven track record, positions him as a leader in the field and a valuable asset to Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group.

Jorge Rosa serves as Executive Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Advisory Group and is responsible for business development and investment sales of existing multifamily assets and development opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region to include Maryland, DC & Virginia.  He also partners with Cushman & Wakefield's Philadelphia office to cover Pittsburgh, PA.

Mr. Rosa joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012 from Jones Lang LaSalle where he served as Vice President with the Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Group.  Jorge also served as a Development Associate at Fairfield Residential, where he worked on land acquisition for the construction of luxury apartment communities.  To date, Jorge has participated in the acquisition / disposition of over $8.6 billion and 51,000 units in multifamily and development opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Susan is an international expert on the next generation of multifamily assets, including both traditional models and niches such as coliving, SFRs, STRs, manufactured housing and modular construction.  She has written industry defining papers on multifamily developments and the several sub- asset classes, speaking at NMHC, ULI, RELA, and MIPIM.  She has been a leading force in assisting clients integrate affordable and inclusionary housing, ESG initiatives and technology into their multifamily and mixed use developments.

Susan Tjarksen founded KIG CRE, a multifamily brokerage in 2015, selling the firm to C&W in 2018.  Susan is also a cofounder of Enodo, Inc., an automated multifamily valuation platform with a successful exit to Walker & Dunlop in 2019.

Based in Chicago, Illinois, Susan has more than 30 years of real estate experience working with both private and public investment institutions throughout the U.S. and across the globe with successful fund raising for projects and dispositions in every major U.S. Gateway market as well as Dublin, Ireland; Barcelona, Spain; Berlin, Germany; Toronto, Canada; Lagos, Nigeria; and Melbourne, Australia.
