Susan is an international expert on the next generation of multifamily assets, including both traditional models and niches such as coliving, SFRs, STRs, manufactured housing and modular construction.  She has written industry defining papers on multifamily developments and the several sub- asset classes, speaking at NMHC, ULI, RELA, and MIPIM.  She has been a leading force in assisting clients integrate affordable and inclusionary housing, ESG initiatives and technology into their multifamily and mixed use developments.

Susan Tjarksen founded KIG CRE, a multifamily brokerage in 2015, selling the firm to C&W in 2018.  Susan is also a cofounder of Enodo, Inc., an automated multifamily valuation platform with a successful exit to Walker & Dunlop in 2019.

Based in Chicago, Illinois, Susan has more than 30 years of real estate experience working with both private and public investment institutions throughout the U.S. and across the globe with successful fund raising for projects and dispositions in every major U.S. Gateway market as well as Dublin, Ireland; Barcelona, Spain; Berlin, Germany; Toronto, Canada; Lagos, Nigeria; and Melbourne, Australia.

As a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield, Jack has built a reputation as an all-around multifamily powerhouse in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Iowa.  His skills, combined with a broad range of experience, including the disposition of development land, adaptive reuse executions, and mixed-use assets, have enabled Jack to transact over $500 million of direct real estate sales, totaling more than 3,400 units.  His tremendous success is built upon an unrelenting dedication to his craft, comprehensive market knowledge, and a laser focus on producing consistently superior results and providing the best-possible client experience.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jack was a Director at Berkadia and Moran & Company in Chicago, and previously contributed his expertise to the Multifamily Investment Sales team for Colliers.

Ralph DePasquale is a Managing Director – Multifamily Investment Sales. He is based in the Chicago Illinois office but also maintains an office outside of Madison, Wisconsin. With over 37 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. DePasquale has specialized exclusively in the sale of multifamily assets throughout the upper Midwest with particular emphasis on private capital and workforce. He leverages his marketing experience and capital market knowledge to provide his clients with exceptional service, resulting in sales of over 50,000 units worth nearly $4.0 billion. In his current role as an advisor, Mr. DePasquale focuses on assisting his clients in evaluating their multifamily assets and determining the best capital market options. He also executes the marketing and sale of the assets if that is the desired option. Mr. DePasquale opened the first Midwest office for Hendricks & Partners in 2000 and managed it until 2013 when it was acquired by Berkadia, and where he remained prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2026.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Missy held positions creating amazing play spaces with Berliner Seilfabrik Play Equipment; curating beautiful kitchens & baths with Dwyer Marble & Stone; and providing executive support to architectural firms like Gensler and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
