Grant Raymond Senior Director
Grant Raymond joined the Cushman & Wakefield Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in 2022 as Senior Director, expanding the firm’s multifamily presence in Dallas/Fort Worth and throughout Texas. With a keen focus on business development and dispositions of multifamily assets in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Grant is a trusted advisor to a diverse clientele of institutional and major private investors.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Grant spent 5 years at Institutional Property Advisors, and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role, having honed his skills and knowledge over a successful career. He has facilitated over $5 billion in sales and played a pivotal role in transactions involving 25,000 units of multifamily properties. His proficiency extends across various investment strategies, including Core, Core-Plus, and Value-Add, demonstrating his versatility and deep understanding of the multifamily investment landscape.

Asher Hall joined the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in 2022 as a Senior Director in the Dallas office. He has been involved in the sale of more than $5B in multifamily sales, totaling over 25,000 units that includes Core, Core-Plus, and Value-Add opportunities.
Asher graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Informatics and Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. He is the head of Indiana University’s Dallas Real Estate Alumni Chapter, on the Host Committee for Israel Bond’s Dallas Real Estate Division, and is active with TREC - Young Guns and Dallas Regional Chamber.

Tonya Chaffin is a Senior Transaction Manager with the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, leading the firm's Transaction Management activities throughout Texas. As a member of one of the only brokerage firms to offer specialized Transaction Management care throughout the Due Diligence & Closing process, Tonya provides our clients with a full-service, white glove experience.
Having a passion for real estate, Tonya has been involved in most aspects of the sales process. Since joining the firm in 2005, she has been involved in the sales cycle for apartment communities totalling more than 94,000 units with an aggregate value in excess of $7 trillion. Tonya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.
