Asher Hall joined the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in 2022 as a Senior Director in the Dallas office. In this role, he co-leads efforts in investment sales, land sales, and equity raises for multifamily-related transactions across Dallas-Fort Worth and the surrounding secondaries. Asher has been directly involved in the sale of over $5 billion in multifamily sales, totaling more than 25,000 units, including Core, Core-Plus, and Value-Add opportunities.
Asher earned a degree in Informatics and Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Indiana University. He currently serves as the head of the Indiana University Dallas Real Estate Alumni Chapter and is actively engaged with the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas.

Tonya Chaffin is a Senior Transaction Manager with the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, leading the firm's Transaction Management activities throughout Texas. As a member of one of the only brokerage firms to offer specialized Transaction Management care throughout the Due Diligence & Closing process, Tonya provides our clients with a full-service, white glove experience.
Having a passion for real estate, Tonya has been involved in most aspects of the sales process. Since joining the firm in 2005, she has been involved in the sales cycle for apartment communities totalling more than 94,000 units with an aggregate value in excess of $7 trillion. Tonya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.
