Greensboro Office

Richard Montana is a Senior Director in the Sunbelt Multifamily Group in the Greensboro office and is focused on supporting the firm’s brokerage activities in the Triad and throughout the Carolinas.

Richard has been involved in multifamily transactions since 2005, previously holding the positions of Vice President with CBRE’s Multi Housing Private Capital Group and Director of Marcus and Millichap’s Multi Housing Group.  Richard holds a BBA from the College of Charleston.
