Energy and expertise are the hallmarks of Craig’s more than thirty years in real estate brokerage. Craig joined Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Kentucky in 1992 as an Investment Services Advisor after five years as a financial broker with Cushman & Wakefield. Over the course of his career, Craig has received much professional recognition from the industry, including his induction into the Midwest Real Estate Hall of Fame. He is a frequent panelist for industry forums, is a real estate instructor and is an active member of various professional organizations. His primary focus has been in income-producing real estate sales.
Craig’s intensity, strong work ethic, keen marketing instincts and sound financial analysis help clients successfully structure investment transactions with confidence and maximize the proceeds of their commercial real estate properties.

Austin English joined the Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Kentucky team in 2021, bringing years of experience in multifamily development, corporate finance, sales, and business leadership. As an associate of Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Kentucky and a member of the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, Austin has already contributed over $430M in Multifamily sales volume.
Austin’s prior depth of knowledge in the financial sector came from his background as an auditor for EY and Financial Controller for a large national multifamily developer. Austin holds an MBA from Bellarmine University. Austin has also been recognized with CoStar’s Power Broker of the Year Award.
Austin assists with all aspects of the firm’s Kentucky and Southern Indiana activity, including underwriting, client services, and supporting all the firm’s brokerage activity needs.

Mike Kemether Executive Vice Chair
Mike Kemether joined the Cushman & Wakefield team in 2006, bringing years of experience in development, rehabilitation, acquisitions, and dispositions of multifamily assets. As an Executive Vice Chair of the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, Mike has played a crucial role in over $50 billion sales volume since 2016.
Previously, Mike served as Associate VP of Transactions for Archstone-Smith, a S&P 500, publicly-traded REIT with a market capitalization exceeding $20 billion. There, he oversaw, managed, and participated in over $5.4 billion in acquisitions and dispositions. Mike assisted in due diligence and other aspects of acquisitions while managing dispositions for Archstone’s Eastern Region, and managed development activities in Washington D.C., Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, and Florida.
Mike also performed all aspects of the firm’s Atlanta development, including site sourcing, underwriting, securing board approval, zoning/entitlements, and revenue management during lease-up and stabilization.

James Wilber is a Director in the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in the Atlanta office. His responsibilities include supporting all of the firm’s brokerage activities in the Atlanta MSA, particularly within the Professional Equity product type.
Since joining the firm in 2019, James has been directly involved in the sale of over 6,650 units with an aggregate sales volume in excess of $1.6 billion. James holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Alabama.
