Lance Steiger is a Senior Director responsible for business development and client services in the Minneapolis Multifamily Advisory Group. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2008 and specializes in the sale of multifamily properties throughout the state of Minnesota. His sale experience includes market rate apartment buildings, purpose-built student housing, note sales, REO and multifamily development land. Lance maximizes listing exposure by using the Cushman & Wakefield national database which is shared by 21 offices and contains 75,000 contacts, 10,000 companies and 120 distinct markets. His local database contains 2,000 contacts and includes every owner of apartment properties in the Minneapolis/St. Paul MSA.

Robert Dulin joined Cushman & Wakefield in May of 2014 and is a member of the Capital Markets team. Robert focuses on Multifamily assets and has completed over $750 Million in transaction volume, representing both private and institutional clientele.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Robert spent three years working in the Capital Markets Group at Rosano Partners in Los Angeles where he focused on the acquisition and disposition of Multifamily assets.

Erin Dammen-Salway Senior Brokerage Specialist
As of 2018, Erin Dammen-Salway is back with Cushman & Wakefield as Client Coordinator for the Minneapolis Multifamily Advisory Group. Erin is responsible for marketing, client relations, and supporting the sale of multifamily investment properties through the Minneapolis office. Erin serves as the liaison between clients and the team with regard to due diligence, meetings, events, and property tours. Her responsibilities include all aspects of the due diligence and marketing process from the beginning of the listing through the close of escrow both in hard copy form and digitally.
Before rejoining Cushman, Erin was Director for the San Diego Investment Sales team at Berkadia, responsible for marketing and client relations of multifamily properties throughout Southern California. In addition, Erin was a founding member of the Berkadia Young Leaders Group.
Prior to joining Berkadia in October 2015, Erin was with Cushman and Wakefield in San Diego for 5 years where she served as a Senior Brokerage Coordinator for the Multifamily Investment Sales Team as well as head of Cushman and Wakefield Future Leaders (CWFL) for the San Diego chapter and served on the local Cushman and Wakefield Leadership Council.
Erin received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and a minor in French from the University of San Diego.
