    Larry Schedler Principal, Larry G. Schedler & Associates, Inc.

    Larry has been exclusively representing buyers and sellers of multifamily assets throughout the Gulf South for over 40 years.  For the past 25 years, his firm has had an affiliate relationship in Louisiana with Cushman & Wakefield’s Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group. During his career, he has been involved in all multifamily sectors, including Class A, market rate, as well as, work force and affordable housing.

    His team has handled the sale of over $5,000,000,000 in Louisiana assets representing approximately 60,000 units.  The focus of Larry’s practice has been that of an advisor, focused on working with buyers and sellers on their acquisition/disposition objectives.  He has always had a relationship-driven approach.

    Larry is a graduate of Loyola University of the South and is an active board member of several non-profit housing organizations, including The Willwoods Foundation and St. Anthony Gardens.  He is the past chairman of Providence Community Housing as well as Christopher Homes, Inc.  He is a graduate of the 2017 class of Leadership Louisiana.  He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.

  • Christian Schedler

    Christian Schedler Principal, Larry G. Schedler & Associates, Inc.

    Christian is a Principal with Larry G. Schedler & Associates, Inc., and an integral team member of the Cushman & Wakefield Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, focusing on brokerage and advisory services in the State of Louisiana. He is highly skilled at managing every aspect of brokerage and transactional services for all multifamily asset classes.

    Since starting his real estate career more than 15 years ago, he has been involved in the sale of more than 20,000 units totaling over $2 Billion in sales volume in Louisiana and Mississippi. He brings a driven focus to all assignments and excels at meeting client expectations for the team.  Prior to joining Larry G. Schedler & Associates, Inc., Christian worked as a licensed in-house agent for HRI Properties, a renowned national historic developer of multifamily and hospitality assets. Through this experience, he gained a deep knowledge of multifamily adaptive reuse and redevelopment in urban revitalization.

    Christian is a graduate of The University of Mississippi and holds a BBA in Real Estate and Finance. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the states of Louisiana and Mississippi.

  • Mike Kemether

    Mike Kemether joined the Cushman & Wakefield team in 2006, bringing years of experience in development, rehabilitation, acquisitions, and dispositions of multifamily assets. As an Executive Vice Chair of the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, Mike has played a crucial role in over $50 billion sales volume since 2016.

    Previously, Mike served as Associate VP of Transactions for Archstone-Smith, a S&P 500, publicly-traded REIT with a market capitalization exceeding $20 billion. There, he oversaw, managed, and participated in over $5.4 billion in acquisitions and dispositions. Mike assisted in due diligence and other aspects of acquisitions while managing dispositions for Archstone’s Eastern Region, and managed development activities in Washington D.C., Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, and Florida.

    Mike also performed all aspects of the firm’s Atlanta development, including site sourcing, underwriting, securing board approval, zoning/entitlements, and revenue management during lease-up and stabilization.

  • James Wilber

    James Wilber is a Director in the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in the Atlanta office.  His responsibilities include supporting all of the firm’s brokerage activities in the Atlanta MSA, particularly within the Professional Equity product type.

    Since joining the firm in 2019, James has been directly involved in the sale of over 6,650 units with an aggregate sales volume in excess of $1.6 billion.  James holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Alabama.
