Stephen Pestinger is responsible for business development and client services for the Oklahoma Multifamily Advisory Group, specializing in the brokerage of multifamily properties and land throughout Oklahoma.  Stephen brings a broad range of experience in deal sourcing, marketing, and structuring of real estate transactions for regional and national developers, individual investors and private capital groups.

By partnering with the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group, the Oklahoma Multifamily team is better positioned strategically to maximize asset exposure and serve clients across a broad spectrum of multifamily investments, from institutional to professional equity to private capital investors.  Since the beginning of 2014, the combined firms closed over 600 individual transactions, representing more than $9.0 billion in sales volume.
