David Fogler and been active in the Arizona multifamily market since 1985.  He has been involved in the sale of over 50,000 units with a value in excess of $5 billion.  His sales experience includes some of the largest transactions in Arizona and he has represented some of the largest developers and owners in Arizona.  Mr. Fogler has consistently been ranked among the top multifamily brokers at Cushman & Wakefield and before that at Cassidy Turley, Grubb & Ellis and Insignia ESG.

Steven Nicoluzakis has been involved in the Arizona multi-housing market since 1995.  He has been involved in the sale of over 50,000 units with a total consideration exceeding $5 billion. Mr. Nicoluzakis has been consistently ranked as one of the top multifamily brokers at Cushman & Wakefield both locally and nationally, as well as at Cassidy Turley, Grubb & Ellis and Insignia ESG previously.  Prior to investment brokerage, Mr. Nicoluzakis worked with JPI in the development of luxury apartment communities in the Phoenix market.    He holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Northern Arizona University.

Jim has over 25 years of multifamily real estate experience.  That experience encompasses acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management for various institutions with multifamily holdings in the Southwest.  Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield in 2004, Jim was the Executive Vice President of Acquisitions/Asset Management for Windsor Capital, a Phoenix-based mid-size syndication group.  He was also previously the Western Region Manager of Acquisitions and Dispositions for United Dominion Realty Trust, the nation’s third largest multifamily REIT.  Over the past 25 years, he has been instrumental in closing over $2 billion in multifamily transactions.

Jim is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Arizona and he has obtained the CCIM designation.  Since 2010, Jim has consistently been ranked in the top 10 producers for the Cushman & Wakefield Phoenix office.

Jeems Lochridge began his real estate career in 2004 and has specialized in multifamily since 2014. Mr. Lochridge joined Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. in January, 2014.  Prior to Cushman and Wakefield, his work experience includes time with Henkel (The Dial Corporation), Wells Fargo Bank and The London Stock Exchange.  Jeems has been involved in the transaction of over 40,000 units with a value in excess of $6 billion.  Jeems is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Arizona. Additionally, Mr. Lochridge is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico.
