Raleigh Office

Paul Marley is a Vice Chair in the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in the Charlotte office. He is responsible for overseeing all of the firm’s investment sales activity throughout the Carolinas and is a member of the region’s Leadership Team which is responsible for over 100 teammates across the Southeast.

Since joining in 2014, Paul has been directly involved in the sale of over 75,000 units and an aggregate value in excess of $7.5 billion. He holds a BA from Wofford College.

Hunter Bowling is a Senior Director in the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group. His responsibilities include overseeing the firm’s multifamily brokerage activities out of the Raleigh-Durham office. In this role, his coverage spans all of NC with a specific focus on Central and Eastern North Carolina. Since 2018, Hunter has been directly involved in the sale of over 50,000 units and an aggregate value in excess of $5 billion in the Carolinas.

Hunter has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2017. Prior to joining the Multifamily Advisory Group, Hunter was a member of the Land Practice Group in the Raleigh office. Hunter holds a BA and Minor in Economics from North Carolina State University.

Rhodes Marley joined the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in 2022 as a Senior Associate. Located in Charlotte, his responsibilities include supporting the firm’s brokerage activities in the Carolinas region, with a focus on middle market assets.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Rhodes worked for Capstone, a privately held commercial real estate brokerage firm in Charlotte where he focused on multifamily sales. Since 2019, Rhodes has been directly involved in the sale of over 12,000 units and an aggregate value in excess of $1.1 billon in the Carolinas.

Battle Smith is a Senior Associate of the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, specializing in multifamily land acquisition and disposition opportunities throughout the Carolinas. He joined the firm in 2018 and transitioned to the land division in 2020. Since then, he has been involved in land transactions totaling more than $110 million in aggregate sales volume.

Before his current role, Battle was responsible for financial underwriting, valuation, and market analysis across the Carolinas. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi.

Laney Orr joined the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in 2021 as a Financial Analyst, and was quickly promoted to Senior Associate. Located in Raleigh, his responsibilities include supporting all of the firm’s brokerage activities in North Carolina.

Prior to joining the team, Laney worked as a Loan Originator for Sage Mortgage, a residential mortgage lending company specializing in agency purchase and refinance loans. He holds a BA in Political Science and Minor in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Hannah Duley serves as a Transaction Specialist with the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, where she has supported transactions throughout the Carolinas since joining the team in 2023. Recognized as one of the only brokerage firms to offer specialized Transaction Management care throughout the Due Diligence & Closing process, Hannah provides our clients with a full-service, white glove experience.

Hannah holds a BS in Business Administration from Coastal Carolina University.
