John Carr joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group in 2014, participating in more than 300 transactions totaling over $5B in sales volume. Beginning in 2019, John has focused on expanding the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group platform into Texas where he now resides and focuses on the Austin and San Antonio markets while providing execution services for dispositions across the state. John has specialized in Institutional transactions throughout the Sunbelt Region during his career and works jointly with market leads across the 11-state platform.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, John acquired development experience working for national developer Alliance Residential, focusing on the firms’ projects in primary Southeastern markets. He graduated with a BBA in Real Estate from George State University.

Ben Fuller joined the Cushman & Wakefield Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in 2019, expanding the firms multifamily practice in Austin and throughout Texas. His responsibilities include supporting all of the firm’s brokerage activities focused in Central Texas. Prior to joining the Multifamily Advisory Group, Ben oversaw an array of transactions including office and industrial investment sales, ground leases, office leases, joint ventures, and public-private partnerships totaling over $500M in transaction volume since joining C&W in 2013.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Ben worked for Jones Lang LaSalle in the company’s Beijing office. Ben holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and sits on the Young Leadership Committee for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Tonya Chaffin is a Senior Transaction Manager with the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, leading the firm's Transaction Management activities throughout Texas. As a member of one of the only brokerage firms to offer specialized Transaction Management care throughout the Due Diligence & Closing process, Tonya provides our clients with a full-service, white glove experience.
Having a passion for real estate, Tonya has been involved in most aspects of the sales process. Since joining the firm in 2005, she has been involved in the sales cycle for apartment communities totalling more than 94,000 units with an aggregate value in excess of $7 trillion. Tonya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.
