  • Jimmy Adams

    Jimmy Adams joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group as a Vice Chair when C&W acquired Multi Housing Advisors (MHA) in 2016.  Jimmy helped to establish the firm’s presence in Alabama when he opened the Birmingham office in 2005. His team has closed more than 300 transactions totaling over 56,000 units and $3.2 billion throughout Alabama, Mississippi, and the Florida panhandle. They closed $1 billion of the total sales volume in 2018.

    Jimmy is recognized as one of the leading apartment brokers in Alabama and is frequently referenced in trade publications and industry journals.  Throughout his career, he has successfully managed notable high quality and distressed sales, including large portfolios across the Gulf States and Class "A+" assets across Alabama.  Jimmy holds a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

  • Craig Hey

    Craig Hey joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group as a Senior Director in the Birmingham office when C&W acquired Multi Housing Advisors (MHA) in 2016.  Craig works closely with Jimmy Adams in the marketing of multifamily properties in Alabama, Mississippi, Northwest Florida, and Western Tenneessee. He has been involved in selling apartment communities with a total of over 16,000 units and an aggregate value in excess of $780 million. Craig was recognized as a CoStar Power Broker Award Winner in 2015.

    Prior to his brokerage career, Craig worked with ForeSite LLC, where he handled Property Acquisitions, Business Development and Managed the development process for key clients in MS, AL, FL, TN, AR, and VA.  Craig is from Jackson, MS and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Business from Auburn University.

  • Joshua Jacobs

    Josh Jacobs joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group as a Director in the Birmingham, AL office in October of 2016.  Josh has comprehensive transaction experience in each of Alabama’s major markets and was recognized as a CoStar Power Broker Award Winner in 2015.

    Throughout his career, Josh has successfully managed a wide variety of sales throughout Alabama’s primary and secondary markets, including sales in Mobile, Montgomery, Birmingham, and the Hoover metro.  Josh graduated from Samford University with a B.A. in Communication Studies and resides in Birmingham with his wife and two young children.

  • Andrew Brown

    Andrew Brown joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group as a Senior Associate in the Birmingham office when C&W acquired Multi Housing Advisors (MHA) in 2016.  His responsibilities include supporting all of the firm’s brokerage activities in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida Panhandle.

    Since 2015, Andrew has been involved in selling apartment communities with a total of over 17,000 units and an aggregate value in excess of $1.2 billion.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Auburn University.

  • Parker Caldwell

    Parker Caldwell joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group as a Financial Analyst in the Birmingham office when C&W acquired Multi Housing Advisors (MHA) in 2016. Since starting in multifamily, Parker has provided production support for the sale of over 37,000 apartment units with nearly $2.5 Billion in aggregate value. As an Associate, his responsibilities now include supporting all of the firm’s brokerage activities in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida Panhandle.

    Prior to C&W, Parker worked for Transwestern’s acquisitions and development group, focusing on ground-up office construction. Parker is a Dallas, TX native and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Auburn University.
