Houston Office

Jennifer Campbell joined the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in 2023, expanding Cushman & Wakefield’s multifamily practice in Houston. As an Executive Managing Director, she will be responsible for Class A and B multifamily investment sales throughout the Houston metro area.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jennifer worked at Institutional Property Advisors where she led the company’s multifamily efforts for the Houston market and during her career has closed more than $5 billion in sales, representing over 30,000 units in multifamily transactions across the state of Texas. She currently is active with Urban Land Institute and is pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Josh Hoffman joined the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in 2023 as a Senior Director in the Houston office. His responsibilities include supporting all of the firm’s brokerage activities in the Houston MSA markets, particularly within the Class A and B product type.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Josh worked with Institutional Property Advisors where he oversaw the execution of $1.5 billion in multifamily sales totaling 5,000 units. He entered the commercial real estate industry in 2020 after a 15-year career in hospitality where he ran programs for notable companies such as MGM Resorts International, Morimoto Group, and most recently opened the Greystone Hotel in South Beach Miami.

Avery Klatt joined the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in 2023. As a Director in the Houston office, her responsibilities include supporting all of the firm’s brokerage activities with a focus on the investment sales of Class A and B assets in the Houston MSA.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Avery worked with Institutional Property Advisors where she represented $750 million in sales for various multifamily investment opportunities. Avery recently received a certificate in Real Estate Investment and Development from Rice Business’ Jones Graduate School of Business.

Tonya Chaffin is a Senior Transaction Manager with the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, leading the firm's Transaction Management activities throughout Texas. As a member of one of the only brokerage firms to offer specialized Transaction Management care throughout the Due Diligence & Closing process, Tonya provides our clients with a full-service, white glove experience.

Having a passion for real estate, Tonya has been involved in most aspects of the sales process. Since joining the firm in 2005, she has been involved in the sales cycle for apartment communities totalling more than 94,000 units with an aggregate value in excess of $7 trillion. Tonya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.
