Robert Given Vice Chairman
Robert Given currently serves as Vice Chairman for the Florida Multifamily Institutional Properties Group. Robert is responsible for leading a statewide team that focuses on business primarily in Florida. He is a member of the University of Florida’s Bergstrom Real Estate Executive Board, National Multi-Housing Council and has been a guest lecturer for The National Apartment Association, University of Miami School of Law Real Estate MBA Program and the Urban Land Institute.
With a proven track record for successfully participating in the sale, marketing, financing, and consulting of over 300 investment properties, Robert and his team have represented over 115,000 multifamily units, with a value in excess of $22 billion. Among his many accomplishments: the CBRE No. 1 Producer in Florida in 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, and 2009; inducted into CBRE’s Colbert Coldwell Circle Top 225 professionals in the U.S. in 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2006, and 2005; awarded the CBRE Florida Award of Excellence in 2009; and, served as a Top 25 CBRE producer in Florida for 13 years. In addition to his transaction successes, Robert is a benefactor and advocate for several high profile South Florida charities including Dan Marino Foundation, Voices for Children, and Kids at Home.

Julie Bohn Director
Julie Bohn is a Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s land advisory group specializing in brokerage services. She has extensive experience in the evaluation, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets with services including but not limited to, Broker Price Opinions, Highest & Best Use Land Strategies, Site Selection, Investment Portfolio Analyses, Ad-Valorem Tax Disputes and Consultation for master planned communities and conservation lands.
Ms. Bohn began her career with Cantrell Real Estate, Inc. appraising commercial properties for financial institutions and for complex litigation proceedings relating to bankruptcy, eminent domain, civil disputes and tax appeals. She evolved into brokerage following a receivership opportunity managing large land portfolios while formulating disposition strategies. She has continued working with private equity investors, developers and builders across all sectors analyzing specified land positions for long and short term holding opportunities.
Ms. Bohn’s land expertise allows her to work closely with all commercial practice teams in the Florida market including the central and northeast Florida multi-family capital markets practice group.
Currently, Ms. Bohn is a Board of Director as Vice President of Public Affairs for the NEFL chapter and serves as a representative of the Florida State Board for the commercial real estate NAIOP organization; she serves on the Executive Board as Treasure for the Florida Ballet Company in Jacksonville; and, she is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Northeast Florida Land Trust and Jaxsports Chairman’s Club.
