Nashville Office

Tyler Mayo joined the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in 2022. As an Executive Director in the Nashville office, his responsibilities include supporting the firm’s brokerage activities throughout Tennessee. With over 7 years of experience totaling $1.5B in sales volume, he will continue to focus on value-add and new construction investment sales throughout the state.

Tyler earned a BBA in Finance and an MBA with a joint concentration in Finance and Real Estate from Mississippi State University.

Ben Maude is an Associate for the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in the Nashville office. Ben joined the firm in 2026, and his responsibilities include supporting all of the firm’s brokerage activities throughout middle Tennessee.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ben spent five years in the United States Army as an Infantry Officer at Fort Campbell, Kentucky where he deployed in support of Operation European Assure, Deter, and Reinforce. Following his military service, Ben spent one year at Colliers International specializing in leasing of industrial assets, where he and his team were responsible for 1M+ SF of industrial space. Ben holds of BS in Engineering Management from The United States Military Academy at West Point.

Taylor Bird is a Vice Chair with the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in the Augusta office. He leads the firm's brokerage activities in secondary and tertiary markets throughout Georgia. In 2019, he received Connect CRE's Next Generation Award for his talent, drive, and influence in the commercial real estate industry.

Since 2012, Taylor has been involved in selling over 400 apartment communities with a total of over 69,000 units and an aggregate value in excess of $7.8 billion. Taylor holds a BBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.

Robert Stickel is an Executive Vice Chair for Cushman & Wakefield’s Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in the Atlanta office. Robert leads the firm’s brokerage activities focused on institutional assets and multifamily investment sales throughout the Sunbelt with a primary responsibility for Georgia. He has been highly involved in nearly $80B in sales volume over his career. Also, he is on the region’s Leadership Team, responsible for over 100 employees on the Sunbelt team.

With a strong track record of investor-oriented results and leading a team devoted to client services, Robert’s recent client work includes New Developments, Core, Core Plus, and Value-Add opportunities. Robert holds a BBA in Management from Terry College of Business and was a varsity football letterman (1999 & 2000) at the University of Georgia. He and his wife, Lindsey, have four children. Robert enjoys attending sporting events and appreciates playing golf at various courses throughout the country, as well as hunting and fishing.

Robert has been recognized for numerous awards, including CoStar Power Broker, Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors Million Dollar Club among many more. Also, he is active with the National Multifamily Housing Council, Urban Land Institute, and other industry organizations.

Jaime Slocumb is a Director of Transaction Management with the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in the Atlanta office. She leads the firm's Transaction Management activities throughout Georgia and Tennessee. Recognized as one of the only brokerage firms to offer specialized Transaction Management care throughout the Due Diligence & Closing process, Jaime provides our clients with a full-service, white glove experience.

Since joining the team in 2019, Jaime has been involved in over 290 transactions with a total of over 51,000 units and an aggregate value in excess of $7.6 billion. Jaime began her real estate career in 2013 at Colliers where she helped managed all brokerage activity throughout secondary markets in the Southeast. Jaime holds a BA in Journalism from Georgia State University.
