  • Robbie O'Bryan

    Robbie O’Bryan joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group as a Director when C&W acquired Multi Housing Advisors (MHA) in 2016.  While at MHA, he was responsible for the firm’s brokerage activities throughout in the Atlanta MSA.  Robbie recently moved to Nashville to manage all brokerage activities in Tennessee and Kentucky.

    Since joining the firm in 2014, Robbie has been directly involved in the sale of over 150 multifamily assets totaling almost 30,000 units with an aggregate sales volume in excess of $1.5 billion.  Robbie holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia.

  • Brad Boston
    Brad Boston joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group as an Associate in the Nashville office in 2017.  His responsibilities include supporting brokerage activities as well as underwriting properties in secondary and tertiary markets throughout Middle Tennessee.

    Brad has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2012.  Prior to joining the Mulitfamily Advisory Group, Brad was a Transaction Manager for LifePoint Hospitals and the Healthcare Practice Group.  He handled the leasing, compliance, and tenant management for 23 hospitals across the United States.  Brad received his BA from Auburn University and his MBA from Belmont University.

  • Robert Stickel

    Robert Stickel Executive Managing Director

    Robert Stickel joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group as an Executive Managing Director in the Atlanta office when C&W acquired Multi Housing Advisors (MHA) in 2016. Robert leads the firm’s brokerage activities in Georgia’s secondary and tertiary markets and Tennessee. He and his dedicated deal team have closed more than 115 transactions totaling over 20,000 units and over $1 billion in sales volume.

    The list of dynamic markets includes Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, and the Tri-Cities as well as Savannah, Augusta, Athens, Macon, Columbus, and Valdosta. Robert’s work features a wide array of multi-housing product types, encompassing a diverse platform of newly-constructed conventional communities, older-vintage affordable developments and purpose-built student housing. Robert was named a CoStar Power Broker in 2015. He holds a BBA in Management from the University of Georgia.
