Robbie O'Bryan Director
Robbie O’Bryan joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group as a Director when C&W acquired Multi Housing Advisors (MHA) in 2016. While at MHA, he was responsible for the firm’s brokerage activities throughout in the Atlanta MSA. Robbie recently moved to Nashville to manage all brokerage activities in Tennessee and Kentucky.
Since joining the firm in 2014, Robbie has been directly involved in the sale of over 200 multifamily assets totaling almost 40,000 units with an aggregate sales volume in excess of $2 billion. Robbie holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia.
Brad Boston Senior AssociateBrad Boston joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group in the Nashville office in 2017. His responsibilities include supporting all the firm's apartment brokerage activities in the State of Tennessee. Brad has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2012. Since joining the firm, Brad has been directly involved in sales volume in excess of $250 million. Brad received his BA from Auburn University and his MBA from Belmont University.
Prior to joining the Multifamily Advisory Group, Brad was a Real Estate Manager for LifePoint Hospitals and the Healthcare Practice Group. He handled the leasing, compliance, and tenant management for 23 hospitals across the United States.
Marc Robinson Vice Chair
Marc Robinson joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group as a Vice Chair when C&W acquired Multi Housing Advisors (MHA) in 2016. Along with partner Josh Goldfarb, they co-founded MHA in 2002 and developed the practice into a strong regional brokerage firm with over $6 Billion in sales volume, representing more than 140,000 units and 850 transactions.
As a Vice Chair, Marc serves as national spokesperson for C&W’s apartment brokerage practices, jointly leading the growth platform with Josh Goldfarb. He also continues to service his multifamily clients throughout the Southeast region and within the Institutional product type.
Marc is actively involved with the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC), serving as a Board of Directors member and PAC contributor. Marc also serves on the Regional Advisory Council for Apartment Life (www.apartmentlife.org) a 501©3 committed to enhancing the lives of residents of apartment communities nationwide through the CARES program. Marc holds a BS in Resource Management from Virginia Tech.
